Jay Eddy is a writer, composer, and performer. She is a recent New York Foundation for the Arts fellow and artist in residence at Yaddo. Her work has been presented in London, Edinburgh, New York, New Haven, and Maine; as part of New York Fringe, the Fringe Encore Series off-Broadway at Soho Playhouse, and PortFringe; and in residency at Dragon’s Egg, Freight, and Barn Arts Collective. Her poem, “My Mourner’s Kaddish, Recited with a Minyan of Ancestral Ghosts,” written in response to the Tree of Life massacre, was published in Tikkun Magazine.
