Ana Prundaru is a Zurich-based visual artist and writer, whose work has recently appeared in Storm Cellar, Hayden’s Ferry Review, New England Review, BUST Magazine, among others. Artist statement
Traveling was a big part of my childhood and it heavily influences my aesthetic. Driven by the fluidity between people’s energy and the character of urban landscape, I enjoy telling stories of the world around me. While I’m usually drawn to bold colors, I am also fascinated by the timeless beauty of high contrast black and white. Nothing motivates me more than creating authentic images.
