50 Words for the Colour ‘Fascist Orange’

by Pattie Flint

the mug you spun
at the pottery studio
has a better face
and would do a better job
than the rapey carrot
we elected
president

I told you
I accidentally broke it
washing it
in the sink
but truthfully
I crushed it in my fists
and bloodied
continued my
work.
